Visiting this website
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. We use your browser’s language preference on your first visit and store a cookie when you choose a language.
Contacting us
When you submit the support form, we receive the app you selected, your email address, subject and message. Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers it to our Gmail inbox, where Google stores the email. We use these details to respond and investigate your request. Your IP address is used for short-term rate limiting; we do not add it to the support email.
What to include
Send only the information needed to explain your request. This form does not accept attachments. Do not include passwords, payment details or private screenshots.
Your messages
We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and relevant follow-up. You can ask us to delete your correspondence by contacting clockquill@gmail.com.
About our apps
